THER Ladprao 93 Exceeds Expectations with Sales Surpassing Targets Amid COVID-19 Crisis
Patko Group, a local real estate leader in the eastern zone of Bangkok, has captured the hearts of customers for over 30 years with more than 30 projects totaling over 6,000 units. The company is set to launch 6 new projects worth over 6 billion baht in the next two years (2021-2022). Dr. Siwong Sukhamongkol, Chairman of Patko Group and Vichitra Development Co., Ltd., a subsidiary, revealed that over the past 30 years, the company has developed more than 30 residential projects totaling 6,000 units, primarily single-story homes under brands such as "Baan Maruay," "Victoria Garden Ville," "Vichitathani," and "The Royal Sam Muk." These projects cover areas in Bangkok and provinces, especially in the eastern region near industrial estates in Bangna-Trad, Bangpakong, Chachoengsao, Chonburi, and Sa Kaeo.
Currently, the company has 11 projects under development and sale, including 2 projects by Vichitra Development Co., Ltd.: Vichitathani Toscana and The Royal Sam Muk; 4 projects by Maruay Real Estate Co., Ltd.: Maruay Riverside 2, Maruay Sothorn 4, Maruay Sa Kaeo, and Maruay Arany; and 2 projects by Patko Platinum Co., Ltd.: Victoria Garden Ville Motorway and Victoria Garden Ville Bangna-Trad.

According to the operational plan for 2021-2022, the company aims to launch 6 new projects worth over 6 billion baht, including townhouses starting from over 1 million baht, twin houses, and mid-range single-family homes, as well as luxury townhomes priced over 10 million baht in both Bangkok and provinces. Additionally, they will introduce 3 new product brands: The Treasure Home, THER Ladprao 93, Trophy, and Hatton.

Dr. Nawanat Sukhamongkol, Vice Chairman of Patko Group and Vichitra Development Co., Ltd., a subsidiary, discussed the progress of the THER (THER) Ladprao 93 project, stating that after its official launch earlier this year, it received a positive response from customers, prompting the company to prepare to launch an additional 25 units in a new phase by the end of this year. The functional design of the homes meets customer demands for privacy and increased living space, accommodating the new work-from-home lifestyle that has emerged due to the COVID-19 pandemic, with spacious interiors ranging from 221-284 square meters, starting at 9.5 million baht.


These homes are designed as smart townhomes equipped with IoT Smart Home Automation. The company has partnered with Advanced Wireless Network Co., Ltd. (AIS Fiber) to provide home internet with speeds of 1000/500 Mbps for one year for AIS Serenade customers, facilitating residents who may need to work from home. They have also collaborated with the Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) to convert overhead electrical systems to underground wiring throughout the project and install EV charging stations for residents to charge for free, supporting the trend of electric and hybrid vehicles as a new choice for private car users.
